Meet Our Team

Christina Lau is a former General Manager of Sales & Marketing with Eastern & Oriental Berhad who is now a marketing consultant and real estate sales trainer. She graduated from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom in 2005 with a master’s degree in marketing and specialised in property marketing in her career. During her more than 20 years’ experience in real estate, she has garnered experience in selling to different cultures in South East Asian countries. Her passion in property development and involvement in project planning and strategic marketing planning has given her the opportunity to work with emerging developers on consultancy basis. She has also spoken in numerous international property events in Singapore and Hong Kong on real estate in Penang and Malaysia.

Lynn Lim started her career in property development sales with BSG group in Penang more than 10 years ago. She is a self starter and has learned the intricacies of property sales and understanding the market trend. Lynn’s experience in property sales has enabled her to work well with sales team in anticipating the challenges from the environment and overcoming them with effective strategies.

Doris Lim’s career in Sales Administration spans over 20 years and from her experience, she is able to organize and plan for the department’s function effectively. Her experiences cover from the basic function of sales admin to after handing over vacant possession. A well rounder in Sales Admin function, Doris is passionate and dedicated to meeting objectives.
